Dating has changed quite a bit in recent years. While going out and attempting to meet new people used to be the way to go, nowadays most turn to dating apps when looking for a new partner. Of course, there are plenty of different apps to choose from for just about every situation, and now a new one has been launched specifically for single parents.

Dallas-based Match is one of the leaders in the online-dating world, and their newest venture is hoping to find a connection for the nearly 20 million single parents in the U.S. The different between their newest app, Stir, and their other dating services is that Stir allows users to share personal schedules with other singles, as taking care of their kids is the top priority for many users. “Having kids shouldn’t be a dealbreaker when dating. We’re dedicated to giving single parents a dating experience where they are celebrated and feel like they can be themselves,” said vice president of new verticals at Match Group Dinh Thi Bui.
