Dallas (1080 KRLD) - Twelve Dallas Police officers have been placed on administrative leave.

Last year, the department’s public integrity unit, started investigating an officer who was allegedly involved in a pyramid scheme. As the investigation progressed, it was discovered that eleven other officers may have been involved as well.

The department anticipates that the investigation will lead to the arrest of one officer. The other eleven officers will have their cases referred to the Dallas County grand jury, to determine whether charges will be filed or not.
