Winston is a gorgeous boy with a smile as big as his heart! This 67-pound, six-year-old, mixed-breed dog is a quiet and thoughtful pup who, once he gets to know you, will cuddle up right beside you. He’ll also enjoy a soft spot to chew on a bone.

Sweet Winston is looking for a caring and compassionate home that will help him continue to build his confidence. He’s a little bit shy when meeting unfamiliar people, so his new family will take their time putting him out on the social circuit.

This precious boy would love a four-legged sibling to run around with in your securely fenced backyard and to help him learn the ropes. Winston is a well-behaved fellow who gets along well with other dogs and doesn't even mind cats!

Throughout August, in recognition of “Clear the Shelters,” all dog and cat adoptions will be only $25 at the SPCA of Texas’ Dallas Animal Care Center and the Ellis County Animal Care Center.

The SPCA of Texas Dallas Animal Care Center is open to visitors seven days a week from 12-6 p.m. Appointments are available for select foster animals.
