Allen holding moment of silence this afternoon

The City of Allen will hold a moment of silence on Saturday, May 13th to honor the victims of the mass shooting at the Allen Premium Outlets Mall.

City officials are asking people to pause at 3:36pm to remember those who were lost and give thanks to those who helped the victims.
The first 9-1-1 calls about the shooting came in at 3:36pm on Saturday, May 6th.

City officials are also reminding people affected by the shooting that help is available. The city has opened its own Victim Services Help Line at 214-509-4444.  

Lifepath Systems of Collin County is offering counseling at its locations in McKinney and Plano. People can call 972-422-5939.
