Jurors in Collin County have sentenced an Allen man to life in prison for sexually assaulting a child.
The District Attorney's office says 51-year-old Robert Eubank assaulted the 9-year-old and was friends with the child's family. The DA says an investigation was launched several years ago after the child spoke up about what happened.
Allen Police later learned Eubank had also assaulted another child around the same age.
Jurors found him guilty and could have given him anywhere between five and 99 years behind bars. They gave him life.
