An Amber Alert issued for an East Texas 2-year-old Friday morning was discontinued.
The alert was issued Thursday night as Livingston police looked for Sylvia Norman, who was described as the non-custodial mother of a 2-week-old baby.
The pair had last been seen just before 3 p.m. Thursday in Livingston.
