A security guard has been arrested after a shooting death in the XTC strip club parking lot in Dallas.

32-year-old Shalonda Anderson was shot and killed on Saturday morning, when she drove her car into a crowd in the parking lot, hitting a security guard.

That guard fired at her while pinned on the ground. The club has said the female security guard suffered several broken bones and will require surgery.

Police say a second security guard, 30-year-old Sterlin Hammett also fired shots at Anderson's car. He has now been arrested and charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

The club said Anderson drove her car at the security guards while they were motioning to her that she was going the wrong way. The club said it reached out to Anderson's family and offered to pay for her funeral.
