Just over a week after a fatal shooting in South Oak Cliff, a 17-year-old is now locked up at the Dallas County jail.
A week ago Monday, a victim named Semaj Mills was shot and killed outside a 7-Eleven store near East Ledbetter and Bonnie View. Reports say he stumbled into the store and that's where police found him dead.
A friend who was with Mills recognized the two shooters and identified one as Isiaha Dyer who has now been jailed on a murder charge with a $1 million bond.
The other shooter identified by Mills' friend is underage so police are not saying who he is.
