A man is now locked up in Utah, accused in the murder of a former West Mesquite High School student.
A week ago, Aaron Lowe was gunned down at a party in Salt Lake City where over the weekend police announced an arrest in Draper, about 20 minutes south of Salt Lake.

The charges are aggravated murder, attempted murder and felony discharge of a firearm. The attempted murder charge is because a woman was wounded in the same shooting, she remains in critical condition.
They were both at the party and were shot shortly after some uninvited attendees were asked to leave.
Lowe attended West Mesquite High School where he was a classmate and a football team-mate of Ty Jordan. Both of them attended the University of Utah to play football.
Last year, Jordan also died from a gunshot wound, determined to be self-inflicted but accidental.
