So far this summer, North Texas has seen around two dozen days where the temperature has gone over 100 degrees. We have not seen any measurable rain around here since just after Memorial Day.
On top of the oppressive heat, most of Texas is in some kind of drought. At what point do we start seeing severe water restrictions again, as we did a decade ago?
