The weather seems to be going just a little bit crazy already. The forecasts say we could see 100 degree temperatures as soon as next week, and summer doesn't officially start for another two weeks. We seem to have enough rain in the rain gauges so far.
Now, NOAA has issued an advisory that El Niño is back full strength. What does that mean? Could that drag us back into droughts? Are we in for a super hot summer?
