As covid case numbers and hospitalizations continue to climb across North Texas and the nation, the American Academy of Pediatrics is out with new guidance. They are suggesting masks in schools for everyone 2 and older. This is regardless if they are vaccinated.

In Texas, a current executive order signed by Governor Abbott blocks any required masking for school districts.
