Dallas police have arrested a suspect in connection with a deadly shooting last week.
Officers were called out to a reported robbery at a business in the 11,300 block of Emerald Street late Thursday night just west of I-35E. They say the suspect shot a store clerk and a bystander before fleeing the area on foot. One of the victims died from his injuries.
Police released surveillance photos of the suspect and a woman who was with him. That helped them identify the suspect as 18-year-old Kauren Mayo. He has been arrested on a charge of murder.
