A bridge is closed in Bedford this morning with police fearing someone has been planting explosives.
Last night, just before 9:30 p.m. Bedford police announced they were closing a stretch of Forest Ridge Drive between Bedford Road and L-Don Dodson Drive.
The official explanation was: "Crews need to ensure the bridge is safe for vehicles."
Early this morning, NBC 5 reported a man had been taken from a nearby apartment complex with police referring to him as a person-of-interest as police and federal agencies investigate reports of explosions in the area overnight.
