This week, the spotlight is on Kristin Diaz!
Kristin is the co-anchor of the KRLD Afternoon News. Originally from Houston, TX, Kristin grew up in the DFW area and graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor of arts in Radio/TV/Film.
She spent 8 years in Corpus Christi, TX at the TEGNA, local ABC affiliate, KIII-TV where she most recently filled the role as Weekday Morning News Anchor and also served early in her career as the Weather Anchor and Morning Reporter.
Her connection to her audience goes beyond broadcast as she has carried a strong digital following across all social media platforms.
Kristin also hosts a weekly collaborative feature with SPCA of Texas called Adoptable Pet Pals, and cohosts Ask The Expert with KRLD's David Rancken.
