Following a brawl at a Hooters restaurant in Plano last year, one North Texas man involved is now headed to prison.
It all started with two boys selling candy bars inside the restaurant. The fight began when the manager tried to throw the boys out. They went out to a waiting car and then three men jumped out, and that's when the massive brawl broke out.
Now court records show one of the men has pleaded guilty. Tony Marshall has admitted to a charge of aggravated battery. A judge sentenced Marshall to five years in prison.
Two other cases in the massive fight are still pending.
