Another North Texan has been busted in connection with the deadly insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Federal prosecutors say Jacob Garcia of Burleson was not only in the U.S. Capitol illegally, they say his own GoPro camera proves it.

Garcia will have an online court hearing with a U.S. magistrate out of Washington D.C. on Thursday.

The Burleson man became the 22nd suspect from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to be arrested for taking part in the insurrection.

A court filing says Garcia's GoPro video shows he scaled a wall outside the Capitol building, then made his way inside where he stayed inside for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes.

In their case against him, the FBI includes other documents like text messages and other cell phone videos.

In all, Garcia faces five charges that include parading in the capitol, disorderly conduct and being in a restricted building.
