The Texas Department of Public Safety is searching for a missing endangered teen with intellectual disabilities who was last seen Thursday in Dallas.
According to an Endangered Missing Alert, 18-year-old Curtis Taylor was last seen at the 400 block of Bartlett Avenue in Dallas at 11 a.m. Thursday.
He is described a 275-pound, 5’11 white male with black hair and brown eyes. Taylor was last seen wearing a black T-Shirt with a skull on it, blue shorts and brown boots.
