Dallas Police Officer won't face charges after shooting woman with pepper-balls

A Dallas Police officer who shot a woman with pepper balls during the George Floyd protest last year, will not face any charges.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the protestor was notified on Friday, that the grand jury declined to indict Sgt. Roger Rudloff.

The woman claimed that the incident happened after officers surrounded protestors on an I-35 Frontage road.

Last March Dallas Police cleared the officer of any wrongdoing​.
