Harris is accused in a federal child porn case with connections to North Texas.

The show "Cheer" followed the nationally-ranked Navarro College Bulldogs cheer team in Corsicana.

A 2020 lawsuit was filed in Tarrant County, accusing Harris of asking Fort Worth teenage twin brothers to send him sexually explicit pictures and of trying to talk one of them into committing a sex act at a Fort Worth cheerleading competition.

Harris has pleaded not-guilty but a change of plea hearing is scheduled before a federal judge in Chicago. It's not clear which charges Harris is ready to plead guilty on.
