Multiple reports routinely name Chick-fil-A as the country’s most popular fast-food restaurant, which makes sense because it’s always busy, no matter what time of day.
And because so many people go, it makes sense that a new study found that Chick-fil-A has the slowest drive-thru times of any fast food restaurant in the country.

QSR Magazine polled 1,000 fast-food consumers on the qualities they believed made a fast-food drive-thru great: convenience, speed of service, and order accuracy.
The results of the study found Chick-fil-A dead last in terms of speed, due to the sole fact that their restaurants were “significantly” busier than all others.
Taco Bell topped the list as the fastest drive-thru restaurant.
Speed seemed to be the only thing Chick-fil-A fell behind in.
Per the New York Post, Chick-fil-A ranked No. 1 in customer service, though Arby’s ranked first in the accuracy of the customer’s order.
