FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD)- 47-year-old Justin Frazell of Mansfield is facing one count of sexual assault, a second-degree felony. He's accused of attacking an underage girl at his home on New Year's Eve.
The girl told Mansfield Police that she had been invited to Frazell's house along with her parents for the New Year's Eve party. Her parents eventually left, but the girl stayed at Frazell's house and fell asleep. She told police Frazell came into the room where she was sleeping and sexually assaulted her. She called a relative to come pick her up and they notified the Mansfield Police Department.
Police conducted interviews and also submitted material for a DNA test. When those test results came back "positive" this month, they worked with prosecutors to obtain a warrant for Frazell's arrest. He was booked into the Tarrant County Jail on March 24th and released.
Frazell was employed as an on-air personality by radio station KFWR 95.9 "The Ranch" in Fort Worth. The station's management issued a statement that the party at Frazell's house was not related to his job. A statement late Monday indicated that "95.9 The Ranch has terminated its relationship with Justin Frazell, effective immediately."
