Employees of one Dallas-based company now have a lot more cash to use for their last-minute Christmas shopping.
The CEO of Integrity Marketing Group may have found the secret to retaining his employees amid 'The Great Resignation.' Bryan Adams is divvying up $125 million among all 5,500 employees of the insurance technology firm. Adams says this is a direct result of the company becoming an employee-owned company two years ago.
The size of each cash award will depend on the employee's position and tenure, but it will be a minimum of $8,000.
