The Cowboys break camp in Oxnard today following their final California workout from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The team heads to Seattle to prepare for their Saturday pre-season game against the Seahawks. After the game, the Cowboys return home to Frisco to complete their training camp at The Star which will host three practices next week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday that are free and open to the public.
On Tuesday the 22nd Jerry Jones will speak at Cowboys Night at 5:15 p.m. with an appearance by the Cowboys Cheerleaders. The open practice begins at 6 p.m.

The Cowboys' final pre-season game against the Raiders is August 26th.
Opening night of the regular season is September 10th, a Sunday Night Football game against the Giants in East Rutherford.
The home opener is the following Sunday, hosting the Aaron Rodgers-led New York Jets.
