Dallas Police are investigating a fatal shooting that took place on Sunday morning.
Police say they received a call at approximately 8:48 a.m. on the 24th to report a shooting at 4800 South Buckner Blvd. On location, officers found the victim, 46-year-old Nizar Noorali Raiyyani. He was pronounced dead on location by Dallas Fire-Rescue.
