Dallas police are still looking for the shooter who opened fire on a driver along Central Expressway on Monday.

Dallas police say a man was shot by an unknown person and that the motive appears to be road rage. The victim was hospitalized and is said to be in stable condition.

Police were seen yesterday investigating the victim's Mazda sedan along the southbound lanes of Hey 75/Central Expressway, south of Spring Valley Road near the Midpark Road overpass.

At least one bullet hole was spotted in the driver's side window but it wasn't immediately clear if any other shots had been fired toward the driver. A handicapped placard was also spotted on the driver's rearview mirror.

Police are pleading for anyone with information of this shooting to call them.
