Dallas Police have now released photos taken from security video on the morning of Christmas Eve when a woman was run down and left for dead in the Bishop Arts District.

A week ago today, she was crossing the street on Jefferson Boulevard at Bishop Avenue when she was struck by an SUV believed to be a 2008 KIA Sorrento which had a Handicap Placard visible through the windshield. The victim was dragged some distance by the SUV which sped away east-bound on Jefferson.
Police are hoping to get tips based views of the photos they've released.
