Dallas police detectives now have video from a weekend murder scene plus a police artist's sketch of the wanted man.
Late Saturday night, police say a man named Andy Rangel was shot on Polk Street just south of I-20. Rangel was rushed to the hospital but it was too late to save him.
Surveillance video shows a car sweeping by as a man opens the passenger side door and leans out. and that may be when the fatal shot is fired.
The car is believed to be a 2006 or 2007 Buick Rendezvous. It never stopped and just drove off into the night. Detectives believe the driver was a woman.
