Dallas police now have video showing a brazen robbery that ended with a store clerk getting shot.
The crime dates back to May 1st when the store clerk was wounded at a T-shirt shop on West Illinois Ave near Loop 12 in southwest Dallas.
The video shows two men enter the store and one of them attempts to enter the back room. The clerk stopped him but is shot in the process.

When attempting to flee, the men couldn't figure out how to get the front door open, so one of them fired about a half-dozen shots through the plate glass door and both of them bust through the shattered glass and got away in a dark gray car, believed to be a Nissan Sentra.
Fortunately, the wounded clerk survived. Police are hoping someone will recognize the men from the video and call in a tip. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Hugo Lupercio at 214-671-3707.
