DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- Dallas Police have reported that a 76-year-old woman who had been missing since 10 Thursday morning, has been located and is safe.
Police previously reported that Karen Venge Bertram is white with white hair and green eyes. She's 6’3" and weighs 180 pounds.
