The murder trial of the former Fort Worth police officer charged with the deadly shooting of Atatiana Jefferson will not be moved out of Tarrant County, a district court judge ruled Wednesday.
Media coverage of the incident and Aaron Dean's trial has been "pervasive and prejudicial, but not inflammatory," Tarrant County District Judge David Hagerman said.
