Police have arrested a Denton County teenager suspected in the stabbing of another teen this week.
Monday night, a 16-year-old was stabbed multiple times on the basketball court in the community of Providence Village which is served by the Aubrey Police Department.
The boy was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
Investigators have now charged a 14-year-old with aggravated assault. Detectives believe the two know one another but they're not saying what the stabbing was all about.
