A Richardson police officer witnessed the terrifying moment early Sunday morning on the North Central Expressway of an SUV moving very slowly southbound in the northbound lanes.
The dashcam video shows a car hitting the SUV head-on
Fortunately, the wrong-way driver was moving very slowly.
As a result, the people in the right-way car only suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the wrong-way SUV was arrested for DWI.
