A teacher at Trinity High School in the Hurst Euless Bedford ISD surrendered to police this week after officers obtained a warrant for his arrest.
Police say 29-year-old Ruben Francisco Martin has been charged with having an improper relationship between an educator and student, which is a second-degree felony.
Euless police were called to the HEB ISD headquarters in Bedford last week and launched an investigation. They say that generated enough evidence to obtain an arrest warrant.
Martin is a teacher and assistant wrestling coach at Euless-Trinity. Police say the victim in the case is a 16-year-old girl who is a student at that school.
Police also believe it's possible there are other victims. They're asking anyone with information to contact Euless Detective Patrick Cunningham at 817-685-1559.
