The family of a Crowley man who was killed in the Travis Scott Astroworld stampede is the latest to file a lawsuit.

27-year-old Danish Baig was one of 10 people who were killed when the crowd rushed the stage during the Scott concert. Today the Baig family attorney Michael Lyons filed a lawsuit on their behalf against Live Nation, Scott, and other defendants calling what happened that night a disgrace.

He says Baig died while trying to save his fiancee Olivia who was next to him when the crowd started moving in.

"The last time that Olivia heard Danish's voice was him screaming her name out in terror as he was trying to get her out and save her life," Lyons said.

According to the lawsuit, the potential dangers presented by this type of venue and by Scott were well documented citing other incidents in which fans were hurt. Baig died less than two weeks shy of his 28th birthday.
