Fort Worth (1080 KRLD) - A Fort Worth man is accused of shooting his mother following an argument between the two.
Police say 21-year old Calvin Brown told them he remembers shooting his mother once and then blacking out, but he may have fired another three times.
It happened in the home of Alice Brown on Royster Road on the city's southeast side.
An arrest affidavit says mother and son had been arguing when Calvin went to his room and got a gun. The document says Brown fired once, meaning to aim over his mother's head, but instead hit her with the shot. Then the affidavit says Brown claims he blacked out.
Police say Brown told them he called 911 after he couldn't find a police substation. Brown is being held on a charge of murder.
