The original crime was on January 18th when the victim's car was broken into on Bryant Irvin Road in far southwest Fort Worth. Her purse was stolen and within a few minutes, the victim's credit card was being used at the Target on Overton Ridge. The thief ran up about $4,000 in charges. The next day, she wrote about $8,000 worth of checks on the victim's account.

Police are circulating a video showing the woman driving a white Jeep Cherokee with stolen plates.

The video shows very clear images of the woman's face so investigators are hoping someone will recognize her and turn her in.
