Frisco Texas is the number one best place to buy a home according to a new study from WalletHub. Allen is second and McKinney came in third.
Apparently, North Texas is the place to be.
The study ranked Denton the 8th best buying location in the country. Richardson came in 10th and Fort Worth in 11th.
The study looked at things like home prices, appreciation values, foreclosure rates and how long new homes for sale stay on the market. A new home in Frisco will cost you. RedFin reports the median price of a Frisco home is $672,000.
Housing prices have risen about 21% on average this year but the hot housing market is cooling a bit and prices are coming down. There are fewer buyers now because of rising interest rates
