The Frisco real estate agent who had hoped for a Presidential pardon after getting inside the US Capitol during the siege earlier this month is instead facing more charges.

Instead of facing only two federal charges for her role in the Capitol riot, Jenny Ryan of Frisco now faces four charges.

A criminal information report says Ryan now stands accused of entering a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building, violent and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.

Ryan, who famously bragged on social media how she was taking a private plane to Washington DC to take part in the insurrection, posted a picture of her outside the US Capitol building, in front of a broken window on the day of the riots. A caption posted with the picture read: “Window at the capital. And if the news doesn’t stop lying about us we’re going to come after their studios next.”

Earlier this month Ryan had hoped outgoing President Donald Trump would pardon her before he left office.

“Me personally, I do not feel a sense of shame or guilt from my heart from what I was doing” Ryan said at the time. “I thought I was following my president. I would like a pardon from the President.”

Ryan is not commenting, instead directing calls to her attorney. He has not returned several calls from KRLD news.
