Fort Worth (1080 KRLD) - Devoyd D Jennings, who was the president and CEO of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce, has passed away.
He had been with the Fort Worth Black Chamber of Commerce since it started 41 years ago and has worked in many different positions within the organization since its inception.
Close friends and family of Jennings say that he was an advocate for the minority communities, and fought all his life for black economic justice and development.
Jennings was 73-years-old.
