A Grand Prairie man is now under indictment for murder and arson in the January death of his former girlfriend.

The Collin County Sheriff's office thinks Ocaster Ferguson killed Kayla Kelley of Frisco because she was about to tell Ferguson's wife about their alleged affair.

Sergeant Jessica Pond tells KRLD news they had been searching for Kelley after she was reported missing. That is when Ferguson came on their radar.

Days later investigators found Kelley's body in an shallow grave not far from Ferguson's home in Grand Prairie.
