The body of a Grayson County sheriff's deputy is now in Dallas where the Medical Examiner will do an autopsy to learn the cause-of-death.

Officials say the 20-year veteran of the Grayson County Sheriff's Office was helping other deputies chase down at least two men who ran from a traffic stop in Sherman last night.
After the chase, there was scuffle to subdue the men and during that, one of the deputies collapsed and died.
Early this morning, with lights flashing, a multi-agency escort accompanied the deputy's body to Dallas where the Medical Examiner's office has now taken custody of the remains but there's no estimate on when a cause of death will be determined.
