A list of the most "sinful cities" in America has been released, and several Texas cities are on it.
Wallethub's "2022’s Most Sinful Cities in America" ranked the 180 most populous cities in the country, when it comes to wholesomeness (or lack thereof.)

3. Philadelphia
4. Houston
