One thing about the weather in North Texas this time of year.... it can go from one extreme to another. We've seen thunderstorms, complete with huge hail stones for the last few weeks.
And now, someone has turned up the heat to broil. We're under a heat advisory all over the state, as we could see temperatures soar to areas that we don't normally see until July.
The forecast is calling for highs around 100, with a heat index as hot as 110. All that heat can lead to all kinds of problems if you're outdoors.
We get some insight from Matt Zavadsky from MedStar.
