If you’re looking to adopt a new pet now’s the time. The Humane Society of North Texas is holding a couple of adoption events this weekend.
The adoption trailer will be stationed at the PetSmart at Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It’ll journey over to the PetSmart at Ridgmar during the same timeframe on Sunday.
To celebrate the new year, all adoption fees on dogs 40 pounds or more have been waived.
