Police said they were concerned about 12-year-old Jada Welch and seven-month-old Tristan Welch. They were also looking for 43-year-old Scott Welch and 35-year-old Alethia Tyson.
The Ellis County Sheriff's Office says the two kids have been found in Missouri and are safe. The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services is expected to make arrangements to bring the children back home.
