Smith and codefendant Christian Hill crashed a party of 20 to 30 teenagers at a rental house in Plano in Nov. 2019, court records show. Others at the party pushed the two outside.

One of the two “started randomly shooting gunfire into the residence, ultimately striking a 16-year old from Allen,” Officer David Tilley said at the time.

Police arrested Smith and Hill for murder. Hill’s case is still pending.
