Two women who drowned Sunday at Lewisville Lake have been identified as sisters from Dallas County.
According to reports, they both graduated from Lancaster High School where they were each talented runners.
Older sister Teegan Hill was celebrating her 31st birthday Sunday with 28-year-old sister Troinee Broom and about a dozen friends who joined in for an afternoon outing on a boat.
As they were heading back in, officials say the boat was hit by several very strong waves, knocking Hill and Broom overboard without life jackets.
Jones went in to help but both sisters had already gone under.
Their bodies were found by divers late Sunday night.
