Arlington police have now charged the man they arrested this week after someone fired at them at an apartment complex on Arbrook near New York Avenue in east Arlington.
Police were called because a man was firing shots in the parking lot of the Trinity Trace Apartments.
When officers got there, the man climbed on top of a pick-up and took shots at the police. They arrested him without anyone getting hurt.
Now, Christopher Gibbs is up on several charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct by discharge of a firearm.
