A man is now jailed on charges from last week's fatal crash in Garland.
Lonnie Jerald Komahcheet is accused of Intoxicated Manslaughter and is held on a $250,000 bail.
The crash was last Thursday night just before midnight near Highway 66 and Country Club Road.
Police are hoping to speak to witnesses who have not yet come forward.
